If your claim is accepted, a replacement item will be issued for free.

- GARMENT DEFECTS
- SIGNIFICANT THREAD FRAYING
WHAT DOES IT NOT COVER?
Including, but not limited to:
- BASIC SIGNS OF WEAR & TEAR
- INTENTIONAL DAMAGE
- DRAWSTRING ISSUES
- THEFT OR LOSS
- STAINS (SWEAT, DIRT, ETC.)
- DESIGN DAMAGE/WEAR (OVER TIME)
- ITEMS PURCHASED ON SALE (MORE THAN 10% OFF ORIGINAL PRICE)
FREQUENT QUESTIONS
The warranty only covers outerwear items such as hoodies, sweatshirts, and jackets purchased at full price.
You will not always be able to select your original item as your replacement. This is due to how often inventory is changing.
If your originally purchased item is still available on our site, you will receive it as your replacement.
Otherwise, you will pick from a select list of replacement options.
You are eligible for one replacement of each purchased item, if your claim(s) is accepted.
You cannot get a replacement item replaced.
It will typically take 2-4 weeks after your claim is accepted to receive your replacement item.
No, the only person eligible for a warranty claim is the original owner/purchaser.

Tees, Hats, Beanies, Shorts, and Joggers are a few examples of items that are NOT covered.
